Can I preview my artwork before shipment?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide mockups before purchase at this time since we receive a high volume of orders per day. You can, however, purchase a digital file here:

And you can work with our team to make your design as you want it.

Do you take custom requests?

We sure do! Just contact the team via email or one of our social support channels and our agents will work with you to create your custom request - And we won't even charge you an extra dollar for the extra work.

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

If you want to make a change with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase and our team should be able to approve your request*.


Do you ship worldwide?

We sure do! Our canvases can be sent to anybody, no matter where they are located in the world!

How long does it take to get my order?

Once we receive your order, it takes up to 48 hours for our artists to create your custom masterpiece, there will then be a printing period of up to 5 days. Once your order is created it can take a maximum of 3 weeks to deliver. Please see the graphic above to see location based shipping maximums. Please note: The majority of orders will deliver faster than these stated times, these are used as maximum time periods only. These extended times for shipping is due to the ongoing unpredictability of the Coronavirus. Please reach out to our customer support team if you have any questions about this.


When will I receive a tracking number?

You should receive a tracking number within around 7 business days after placing your order. If 7 days or so pass and you haven't received a tracking number, please contact us and we'll send it over to you.

Will I receive all of my items together?

Since we fulfill specific items from different warehouses, this will mean that sometimes your order may arrive in a separate shipment at a different time. We have warehouses in Europe and America, so please do not panic if this happens! You can contact our support team at any point and they will be able to provide you individual tracking numbers for each product.


Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please get in contact with our customer support team immediately. If 12 hours passes by then we cannot guarantee we can cancel your order since your design may have already been created by our artists.

What is your returns/refunds policy?

Due to all of our products being custom and personal only to you, we cannot accept any returns. We will however refund/send a replacement for your order if:

  • It's damaged in transit
  • Faulty (Doesn't hang, print error etc.)
  • We make any mistake on your order (grammar error on our part, incorrect location)

Please Note: We go off all information you give us, so if there is any typo or grammar mistake in your order input then we cannot refund or replace your order. Our artists will look out for any misspelled names or general errors but we cannot guarantee 100% effectiveness in this.

I'm missing part of my order, what should I do?

Missing your digital download? One of your products didn't come with the other? Get in touch with our support team right away and we'll make it right.

Please Note: It is sometimes normal for some of your order to not arrive with other parts of your order, we can offer tracking codes for each individual product.

My item arrived damage, what should I do?

Get in touch with our support team within 48 hours of receiving your product, please provide detailed photos if possible so we can review what happened. We are more than happy to process a refund or send out a replacement if your item arrives damaged.

I'm not satisfied with my order, what should I do?

For whatever reason you may be unsatisfied with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right and will refund at our discretion.
