Can I preview my artwork before shipment?

Unfortunately, because we receive a high volume of orders per day, we can not provide a preview before we create and ship your order. However, upon every purchase, you'll be given the chance to purchase a digital download that'll be sent right to your email for a small fee.


Do you take custom requests?

Sure! We do our very best to create the best product possible for our customers.If you'd like anything adding or making different with your design, feel free to get in touch with our team via email: support@broughtcloser.com and we'll work with you until you're happy. (May incur a small fee for this but it depends on the request)
I just placed my order, can I change it? 

If you'd like to change something with your order, please contact us ASAP.

If it's after 24 hours, we may have already created your design and sent it to be printed so please do try and reach out as soon as possible so we can accommodate your request.
