Can I preview my artwork before shipment?
Unfortunately, because we receive a high volume of orders per day, we can not provide a preview before we create and ship your order.
However, upon every purchase, you'll be given the chance to purchase a digital download that'll be sent right to your email for a small fee.
Do you take custom requests?
Sure! We do our very best to create the best product possible for our customers.
If you'd like anything adding or making different with your design, feel free to get in touch with our team via email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll work with you until you're happy. (May incur a small fee for this but it depends on the request)
I just placed my order, can I change it?
If you'd like to change something with your order, please contact us ASAP.
If it's after 24 hours, we may have already created your design and sent it to be printed so please do try and reach out as soon as possible so we can accommodate your request.
Do you ship worldwide?
We sure do! Some products to certain countries may incur an additional cost due to customs laws though. You'll find more info about this when reaching the checkout with your desired product in your cart.
How long does it take to receive an order?
This depends on product to product and where we're sending it to.
For more accurate readings, on each product page, there should be a graphic breaking down the shipping times & costs of the product to different regions.
*All digital downloads take around 24-72 hrs to be made and sent to your email.
Will all my items come together?
Most of the time, yes. However, if this isn't the case do not panic! We have manufacturers for different products based all over the world, so sometimes your product will be shipped at a different date from a different location thus arriving at a different time.

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please get in contact with our customer support team immediately. If 12 hours passes by then we cannot guarantee we can cancel your order since your design may have already been created by our artists.
What is your refunds/returns policy?
Due to all of our products being custom and personal only to you, we cannot accept any returns. We will however refund/send a replacement for your order if:
Please Note: We work from all the information you give us, so if there is any typo or grammar mistake in your order input then we cannot guarantee a refund or replace your order. Our artists will look out for any misspelled names or general errors but we cannot guarantee 100% effectiveness in this.
Part of my order hasn't arrived, what now?
Missing your digital download? One of your products didn't come with the other? Get in touch with our support team right away and we'll make it right.
Please Note: It is sometimes normal for some of your order to not arrive with other parts of your order, we can offer tracking codes for each individual product.
