Do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping worldwide for orders above $80 USD. Below that, we charge a flat fee of $4.95 for shipping.
You will receive a tracking code between 2-5 days after you place your order.
How long does shipping take?
Once we receive your order, it usually takes us 1-2 business days for us to design your custom artwork. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive at your door within a week, depending on your location in the world. Shipping time estimates below:
USA - 3-5 Working days.
Canada - 5-7 Working days.
UK - 5-7 Working days.
Australia - 10-12 Working days.
Please note: Due to COVID-19, we are facing delayed shipping times but we are working our hardest to get your order to you as soon as we can!
Will I get a proof?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not support image proof or mockups for you to confirm before we send out the print, since it would be extremely difficult for us to reach out to all of our customers back and forth. At BroughtCloser.com we prioritize your satisfaction with our products so if for whatever reason you're not happy with your finished design, we will work with you until you are!
Note: If you'd like a digital copy of your design, we can send you one via email for a small fee of just $4.99!
Can I cancel my order?
Due to the fact that each of our products is a unique, custom made product, our artists begin work on each order very soon after they are placed. Therefore, to cancel an order, you must contact Support@broughtcloser.com within 12 hours of your order being placed and we will process a refund at our discretion. Beyond 12 hours, it is not possible to cancel your order.
What if I don't like my product?
On the small chance you're not happy with your product, please contact our helpful support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will make it right.
